Active or seated meditation?

I like to teach that meditation is simply “being”, but how challenging that is at times, right? In the path of meditation there are infinite techniques that work as a vehicle, taking us to our destination so when we arrive, we get out of it. Many people spend their lives trying to be like everyone else, consuming the same products than the rest of society and following a lifestyle similar to their neighbors, family or colleagues because that is the way things are supposed to be. Something that all of us should let go of

The practice of detachment is very freeing and healthy, each time that I do an in-depth cleanse of my home I take off my shoulders huge weights. Saying “bye-bye” to objects is relatively easy, but How do we do it when we talk about people? We open the month of relationships with this yogic concept that instead of separating us from others, it is going to bring us closer to one another.
