200hr Yoga Alliance Training

The objective of this program is to provide you with a solid foundation and the necessary tools and skills to become a first class yogin and Yoga teacher. As a result, your personal practice will grow in depth and richness, life will unfold in wonderful ways that you can´t imagine and you will discover a renewed, more inspired sense of beingness

The program is infused with the wisdom of a positive philosophy that affirms life and it presents the Bowspring alignment, a dynamic postural method that offers incredible benefits to your health and it regards the practice as medicinal movement for the body-mind-soul. It is a dynamic yoga training that promises to take your yoga to the next level and to lift your heart and mind. After the successful completion of this training you will be able to register with the Yoga Alliance®. Holding the 200-RYT title (Registered yoga teacher 200-hours) in Hatha Yoga will entitle you to formally start your path as a yoga teacher.

From September 20th to February 3rd you will be immersed in our truly nourishing educational environment. Classes will be held throughout the week so your studies can be integrated within the rest of your life activities.



17:00 – 18:30: Sadhana and deeper studies. Pranayama, meditation, mantra and applied philosophy will be the central themes of this class.

18:30 – 20:00: 90 minutes yoga practice within the context of a regular class. Later in the program this will be used for the refinement of observation, assisting and skillful hands-on.


8:30 to 15:00: Technique and teaching methodology will occupy these segments of your training.

Attendance to all classes is required. Expect homework, reading assignments and self assessment quizzes. In order to find your own voice as a teacher there will be time for practice teaching, constructive feedback and personal guidance.

Teaching yoga is one of the most rewarding professions both for the individual and for the world. We are interested in you as a person as well as in your path towards becoming a teacher.
