May we plant the most important purpose

We still have a bit of time in this January of resolutions to plant the most important seed. Last night was the first new moon of the year, ideal for the empowerment of the energetic directions that we would like to reinforce during the months to come.

Farmers know really well that lunar phases influence the life of plants. Sawing time, harvest and the general caring of the land is done according to what the moon says. In that way, while vegetables and trees that grow upwards are planted during the crescent phase and full moon, it is during the waning phase and new moon when root veggies and all plants that need to grow strong downwards roots are set into the Earth. The truth is that everything happens in harmony with Nature´s cycles and this is why my courses give special attention to this.

Yoga and Ayurveda teach us how the most important seed to plant, care for and harvest from is “BEING”. Being oneself, without adjectives or goals because the ultimate purpose of living is simply being and when this happens all the wonders that you carry within reveal themselves freely. Also, everything is more fun and joyful when what matters the most is to show the precious spark of divine consciousness that you brought here to share with others.

If you are still discovering your divine essence, my two star programs will help you in finding many answers: participate in the Ayurvedic lifestyle program Radiant Living on March 28th and 29th and in the feminine awakening course Radiant Woman on May 9th and 10th.

This new moon, let go of conventionalism, free yourself from all the things that tie you up inside, break the restraining patterns and dance with life. The Universe needs us just as we are!
